Saw Doc's diabetes nurse today and she took me off of the baseline of 22 units of Humalog and sliding scale, just have carb count. In the past month was getting a low almost everyday. My lowest has been 42. Few days ago woke up at #45 and went to bed at #45.
Past month upped my Victoza to 1.8, the highest, and am having great numbers! Even lost 1.5 pounds in the last month (oh yippee!). Two weeks ago had my 2nd colonoscopy and found only 1 pollup, next in 5 years. Also sent to dermatologist for the skin problems on my forearm caused by diabetes. Last moment asked for him to look at small bump on forehead. I thought it was skin tag. He removed it and two days later got phone call telling me it was cancer but all of it was removed.
