All of the glucose tablets on the market today contain citric acid, which causes migraines and other problems. I have written to the manufacturers requesting a glucose tablet without citric acid. In the meantime, you can make your own glucose bags.

You should already have a digital weight scale for weighing your food for carbohydrate content.

Buy some 2" x 3" poly bags.

On the internet, Google "Glucose granules" and buy a bag of glucose aka dextrose, which is 10 glucose molecules.

1 gram of glucose = 1 gram of carbohydrate
Weigh 8 grams of glucose and pour into a poly bag.
Label the bag "Glucose 8 grams carb."
Make a dozen bags.
