I am having trouble loosing weight, I walk more, I do a lot of out door activities with my children at school. I am also eating yogurt, more vegetables, smoothies, less fried foods. But in doing this I have a tendency to eat less. I can eat yogurt or drink a smoothie and don't have an appetite for the rest of the day or two sometimes.I can eat breakfast and not want anything else for the rest of the day. Sometime when I'm tired or upset all I want to eat is junk. Can somebody help me please. It's like I'm getting bigger and I don't like the way I feel.
