How to get A1C down and keep it down

I have been very stressed over losing my mom the 2nd day of march and also losing the family dog of 11 yrs. in Jan. The stress of dealing with family and bills, I lost my job in Jan. and I just can't get my sugars and A1C down… Asking for prayer and advise on how others do it!!!!!!

Thank you everyone for the prayers and hugs… My doctor has upped my insulin again today and I am dealing with sugars dropping to 98 and a major headache… I would love to be friends with everyone!!!!!!

First of all I'd like to send my deepest sympathies over losing your Mom!! I don't know what I'll do when my Mom goes…God forbid!! The stress must be overwhelming for you…I can't even imagine!! And I SO wish I could tell you how to get your #'s down but I haven't figured that out yet either!! I have to agree with snuggles11 ONE DAY AT A TIME!! That's all we can do!! You certainly have been through it the last four months. I'm sending warm hugs and prayers your way. Don't stress the high A1C numbers just yet. You are grieving a lot of losses at the same time.
