about a month ago I sent for a book called "The 30-Day Diabetes Cure" featuring The Diabetes Healing Diet written bynDr Stephan Ripich,ND,CPN and Jim Healthy. For the first 10 days you are required to give up everything except vegies and fish turkey and chicken. It is hard to do but they tell you that this allows your body to stabilize. Then. they daily tell you what you can add to your diet and the things you need to do to help yourself. They list and eliminate all fake sugar and tell you why the are so poor for your health. With each chapter they explain garbs, veggies, fruits, juice etc. I love this book. I have lost 12 pounds and my sugar has stabilized. The most important thing they teach you is " NOTHING WHITE!! The book is from Bottom Line Books.
