Feels similar to when you get too cold and your body temp is dropping. But hey, it's not hypothermia temp indoors, so I know I am dropping below 70.
Spent 2 hours the other night trying to get someone's BG up from 50. His wife said "Here's some OJ" after 45 minutes and enough OJ to get me up to well over 100, he was only to 71. Turns out she was using the 50% less sugar variety. He was complaining about being cold and shivery inside.

I get that way…when its about 80 something…then I need to eat…

It when I get confused and yell at people, I dont know my sugar is dropping, but my dog does :D

isn't it amazing how dogs know so many times. I have read many stories of dogs helping alert their owners, and even saving lives. cats have too.

I discovered how protective one of my cats was about 5years ago. I was in Denver and my husband was home in Hawaii. He was ambulatory, at the time, and could care for himself and I called a couple times a day as part of his support system.

Once I called and didn't get an answer. I called a neighbor who went over and came back to say, "Something is wrong because the cat who never leaves his side until you get home, is pacing and meowing at the sliding door." Long story short: he had fallen and the cats behavior alerted us to get help.

Yes. That's my first hint a hypo episode is coming. 'Inner tremors' is a great way to describe it. I'm going to copy that phrase.
