Suggestions for protein intake

I have liver issues, so I'm unable to digest certain foods, and certain protein source. I can't have soy, legumes, nuts, animal meat, seafood.., well I'm getting weak, and sleepy all the time, and thats one of the signs of not enough protein. I m able to eat dairy, like cheese and yogurt, but doesn't seem to be enough. . I realize I may have to talk to a nutritionist, but does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm usually against using any type of supplements or meal replacements, but I think in your case it might be a must. Look into a Casein protein powder (not soy or whey) like this
It's still a milk protein, but slow digesting (unlike whey) so it kind of "trickle" feeds you. They have a ton of flavors (including chocolate cake batter) and you can do it as a shake or additive. You could probably get away with using it every other day mixed with yogurt unless you're pretty physically active. Just a thought.

I can't have whey protein. I can't have lecithin, and all that I have research has it. But will definitly talk to nutritionist.

Yes - talk to your Nutritionist if you have one. But there are lots of plant based protein sources. Also there are great whey protein powders that can help. And making smoothies with them are great. Two smoothies could be as much as 80 grams of protein or more.
