Violent chills

I have been a diabetic type ll for over 30
Years and would like to know if occasional
Violent chills specially during sleep have
anything to do or related to my condition.

It happens to me and my dr asked me to test and see if I was low. It hasn't happened she she told me to test but maybe you can try it and see what your numbers say.

I have been T1 for almost 38 years.
The next time it happens check your BS, you could be low.
How often does it happen ?

Thanks never thought of that but it could be the reason while hospitalized for my first heart attack I got the chills and they started a snack regimen for nine pm juice and vanilla cookies.Will do that the next time this happens.

If my iron is low I get chilled could be you need it tested . I wasn't sleeping a while back I had been taking a cholesterole pill quit taking it now I sleep like a baby
