I am seriously thinking of joining a health club. I've been there visiting throughout the years (a friend). We have a workout room at work but it's become quite crowded and my motivation to go down during lunch has decreased a lot. The HC also has a fantastic teacher for Zumba on Sat. mornings at 930. During the week I get up at 5 am to get ready for the bus. Why not get up the same time and go to the gym instead of dilly dallying at home. This would take me being more organized and packed the night before.
So this weekend I want to stop in and see what the cost is - that will determine as well.
I just think if I'm paying for it I'll be more motivated to continue.
we have a YMCA close by but a lot of classes I would want to take are extra $$ this other HC is exclusive. Very few classes you pay more. I'll have to get my questions and ducks in a row and stop by.
I'm excited

Cool, I was a member with la fitness then, I changed to 24 hour fitness. I just used machines. It's fun. I originally joined, because cardio boxing was offered, then they discontinued the classes once I started going. I workout at home now.

Do you like Taebo by Billy Blanks? It's not just boxing has some kicks and stuff. You may or may not like it. Probably can get one from the library to try out before buying.
