ive seen alot of discussions on food substitutes, veggies, and beans. but whst do you do when you suffer from severe food allergies? all green veggies, and most others ie: cauliflower, squash, legumes, etc. cause asthma flare ups to smelling them cooking. eating them causes anaphalxis. so does most fish and seafood. so im limited to whst i can eat. im a dieticians and nutritionists nightmare. any ideas what i can eat that wont kill me or soike my BG's?

mskes it hard to manage diabetes or any health issue when your so limited to what you can eat. and them the boredom with what you can sets in.

Yes. It's been a challenge finding the balance, and keeping it interesting. I like variety. So, I try different spices, but quite not the same. I told my family, I'm unable to eat Asian anymore, considering that's my culture.

I can't eat soy or nuts. Almost everything has soy in it. I can't eat anything in the broccoli or cabbage family. I can't eat seafood or meat. All this just within the last year. I have liver issues, and unable to digest. I can't eat wheat. I just cook the vegetables, I'm able to eat. I usually just make my made up recipe, because I can't eat anything…I can eat all fruit except bananas, and avocado.
