Just looked at it, there is nothing on it. I liked it. will wait to see what happens.
We have a facebook page as well. It's great to see the social networks working to get people involved. Thanks so much.
Gabby I share much of DC's facebook page info. Because of this my friends are getting tested and urging their friends to do the same. A friend urged her husband to get tested and discovered he was prediabetic and he is doing much better now. I love the funny postings also. Just because we are diabetic doesn't mean we can't have fun.
I am glad to hear that any proactive activity is going on. That is great. I don't do facebook myself, but there are so many who do.
So far the best diabetic support site I have found on Facebook is Diabetic Connect. I had friended a few of them and then unfriended them. One site was nothing but people complaining about being diabetic. Another has a lot of recipes.
Facebook can be useful for some things.
thanks adamr
