Does anyone know what this is for and how does it work?

Flag as Inappropriate is a function of the site if you see a post or a photo that is not in the spirit of this site. You simply select the link, leave your comment about why you think something is not appropriate and that is it. It is up to the monitors of the site to determine if your flag will be addressed, but I know they have taken a few things off that I have flagged.

Now, you have to be careful that you are not just disagreeing with someone. It has to be really not appropriate, not just something that rubs you wrong.

Yes, Gabby, that is exactly right. Very well said. Claudia, What if something is truly not diabetes related, or just too much of what is not related; I guess we ignore them so they are lost in the posts.

Thank you all for your comments. I figured it out and sent John a message about the problem. In a private e-mail.

I don't know for sure, and see no place that explains it. I would imagine if any foul language was used, or the subject took on an inappropriate topic (i.e. sex), then that would be one I would think should be flagged. Also one where personal attacks are made and things become heated. I know some others I'd like to flag, however, just as I imagine some of you would (LOL).
