Hi guys! I have been exercising in between 10-12 everyday. Could someone tell me what are some snacks before exercise, and at night?

some nuts with or without some low fat cheese, or low fat natural peanut butter is real good. they say not an ideal post workout snack is low fat chocolate milk or a banana. some diabetics can eat a small banana. I usually eat some protein with or before a small banana.

I usually eat half a muffin with peanut butter before I hit the gym which seems to keep my Bs under control. Try a low carb protein shake and mixed nuts late evening, works for me. Just make sure you limit carbs or eat carbs with protein as the last snack or meal of the day.
