Just remember that you won't start out knowing it all, and, even as you learn and get better, you won't be perfect. Don't beat yourself up. Just stay determined to do better "tomorrow". It really will get easier as time goes on and as you understand more and get questions answered. Also - keep reminding yourself of what can happen to your body if you don't take care of it properly. Losing a limb or your eyesight, for instance, is not something you want to happen. Take care. And keep asking questions and letting us know when you feel you need a little boost.

You kind of have to look at it like growing up. You don't know all the things of life as a kid, so as you grow in the knowledge and experience of your disease, you will blossom into someone who will one day be teaching and sharing all of your tips and tricks.

I know my first month was a disaster. Trying to figure out what I was supposed to be doing. So I just picked one thing to work on and did that, then moved to another. That helped me feel less overwhelemed, a little more in control and a whole lot better.

I am so glad that you are finding the help and support you need. It is a great place isn't it...glad you're here.

You are welcome. But that's what we're here for. Hear to help and listen and be kind to each other.
