Good morning everyone! Again I woke up and tested 77! Im eating the right foods. It seems to be getting lower. I was testing inbetween 82-92. For a ciuple of days its been in tbe 70's. My food I will eat are egg whites, fruit, some veggies, cheerios, wasa crackers, tuna, chicken, fish, ham, turkey, glucerna bars, cheesesticks etc. Im still taking 1500mg met and thyroid med. Only for 3weeks.. Exercising 6days a week, drinking water. Am I doing something? When I excerise,when is the best time to snack before/after? Im scared for it to get low. How do I know it the meds or low blood sugar? Still trying to understand this new lifestyle… Thanks everyone!!
