Beet Kvass - in moderation is this good for diabetes?
Beet is power house of minerals and vitamins, it is the rich source of sugar? My mother and in law both need some natural vitamins and minerals but I'm confused should I suggest them or NOT ?

Never heard of beet Kvass, Trups, but I looked it up. According to my fitness pal 1/2 cup of Beet Kvass has: 10 cal, 2 carbs, 0 fat, 0 protein, 150 mg sodium, 1 sugar. It seems a bit high in sodium, espacially if someone has High BP, but it seems not too bad as far as carb content.
I have not been able to track down any other nutritional info on nutrients it contains.
