I am trying to learn more. I am 65, weight in line blood pressure and cholesterol now in line, but I can not seem to get my glucose below the 130-144 level.I busted up a leg in 1966 which keeps me from doing much excercise. I do not know much about this type 2 . Any suggestions.

I presume your doctor and/or nutritionist are working with you. That is your first source of guidance and information, of course. I'm not too certain of your concern, not knowing your whole situation, but 130-144 readings (depending on when they occur) are not particularly bad. Certainly they're not what you would want fasting readings to be. It's not easy, but you just have to work hard on what you eat, drink a lot of water and walk as much as you're able. Good luck.
