Well I have to say things are still tough but some things have been pretty good I just wanted to share! :) On March 4th I went to my clinic and my A1C was 7.4 which is better then the time before then. Since being diagnosed I have gained about 30lbs but my doctor says I have a very healthy BMI which I am VERY happy to hear. I have also found a course that I am very interested in taking I might even enroll tomorrow! Things at home are still tough but I'm trying to think of ways to make it better. I am also curious. How do all of you deal with your stress?

Being that I love to eat this is gonna sound bad but I love to cook , I love cooking in general but when I'm all stressed out I can zone out in the kitchen and put out world class meals … No I don't cook for a living but everyone thinks I should be cooking for a living …

For stress, I like to get outside and walk or listen to soothing music as I read, really helps me.
