Know what to do if you get low blood sugar #'s…you need to have 15 grams of carbs…Test your BG # and if you are below 70,,,take the carbs like 3-4 glucose tablets, or 1/2 c of o j or 3/4 c of regular soda…Wait 15 minutes and test again…
Check with your doctor and see what is too high for you…What ever the cut off point is you need to let your dr. know..Often, illness, stress, missing doses of medications or eating too much can cause spikes in your blood sugar.
