I am a PWD 2. I have a sodastream machine that I use, with only diet soda mix. Is there anything in this mix that would be harmful to my health ?

If you really don't mind a dozen of unlisted chemicals coursing through your body, then no, probably not. If you do mind. then you can do what I do. I wanted a sodastream for Christmas, which my husband got for me. I really like club soda, so I prefer mine mostly unflavored, but once in a while I will sqweeze unsweetened fruit juices in it. That turns it into a spritzer. Hope this helps!

Welcome to the group PeggySue! Sodastream diet flavors rely on Splenda (sucralose) as a sweetener. There have been no long-term human studies on sucralose, but folks like Dr. Mercola practically equate it to poison, others claim no problems with it.
I guess how much of it you drink, and how you react to sucralose would determine if it's harmful for you.
