I have a very hard working DAD. I have had her for a few years now and she is remarkable. Her nose always knows! She has had more impact on my ability to care for myself with my diabetes than anything else I have ever taken on.
great topic.and i do agree with that they can sense things that people cant sense.my pomaranian proved that one day and a few months ago when my mom fell in the kitchen.smokie (my pomaranian) new something was wrong.and stayed right there next to my mom untill i helped her stand up..
Wow! David did she learn that own her own or have any training?
Nice article James, my 11 year old lab, Karma knows when I am having a low before I do. She comes and sits right beside me and starts whimpering and has ever since I had my first low experience after starting insulin. Sure enough if I check my bg or wait a few minutes until that "feeling" starts she is always right.
