I wish to start doing half an hour exercise a day on top of my half hour lunch walk. I work in an office all day so exercise is hard and getting motivated at home is even harder.
I really need to do it so can anyone answer this question?
Is it best to exercise as soon as I get home before dinner or work out afterwards? I'm looking to do 10 mins on the vibrator isolator machine, 10 minutes of hand weights and a final 10 mins of crunches.
Any help would be great…
