A friend posted thesel reasons to meditate on Facebook and I want to share it here. While it will help everyone, people with diabetes have more to heal than most. So I hope you like it. Hello sherifawson:

How do we use the techniques of meditation SPECIFICALLY against/with our diabetes? Will a particular technique/approach unplug us from issues we are not actively aware-conscious? Can meditation teach us to accept and be content with complications?

What won't meditation do? An arrow, and a hammer are both highly useful tools, but hardly interchangeable. What should we start with? Where do we find meditation/technique which will actively help us?

Your thoughts…

What technique(s) to use??? A particular or specific approach to meditation?

One potential danger at least… "avoiding" necessary discussions? "…Hey doc, keep having this blinding pain in my (insert body part)…" and meditating to stop it, INSTEAD of getting it medically checked out first…

Medicine does have a "place" at times! That aside, like meditation. Have to bring it with us though… if we only can do it in a "dark room", needs to come with us too.
"Sailboats" are pretty at anchor, but best used elsewhere instead idea!!!
