I have been hypoglycemic for 2 years in July and I still have not been able to cope with my sugar and to be able to keep it level and stable on a constant basis. I work where it is fast paced and we are running when we are busy and I have to stop and drink soda to keep my sugar from dropping because I don't have a chance to eat. Since I have had sugar issues I have caused myself to have panic attacks because of the fear of my sugar dropping and being alone so I have to constantly have to be with someone and can not drive myself. Needless to say I need help with what I need to be eating on a daily basis and what I can eat at work to help keep my sugar more stable. Any help would be a great help

It's comforting knowing I'm not alone. How do you cope with it besides checking yourself. And FBI hyper (high) or hypo (low)

It's good to know I'm not the only one that freaks out over my sugar. R u hypo (low) or hyper (high)

Just know that you are not alone! Over the passed year I have developed anxiety about dropping low. I am always worried that something will happen to me. I work in the same type of environment. What helps me the most is that I check quite my bg quite frequently during the day to see where I stand. Testing at least helps u understand ur body better
