for lunch. first time cooking this. I have had lentils in other things. I use a bay leaf, dried oregano and other spices, celery, carrots, onion, minced garlic, crushed tomatoes, and I put some low sodium fat free chicken broth in with the water. If anyone wants the recipe I will post it in that section. I also have one for lentil stew that I want to try. By looking at these two recipes, you could take some ingredients from one and some from another to make a dish.
