I have read this book and it is excellent. It gives a lot of helpful information along with curing your diabetes. I also attend Weight Watchers which has helped me cut my insulin in half and get rid of one insulin completely. It is very healthy. Lots of fruits and vegetables and anything you want to eat within reason. I also started walking an hour a day and this again reduced my need for as much insulin. I have never felt better and so far I have lost 15 pounds. Exercise pays!
