Hi Ineider, I was diagnosed with gastroparesis in 2009. I however never had an endoscopy I was given a gastrointestinal emptying study which involed eating a radioactive egg sandwhich as quick as I could. This test in auz took a good couple of hours.

Yep, I have had it for several years. In order to be diagnosed they will send you for an endoscopy which will allow them to see your stomach and where your food is backing up at. The nerves don't work well enough to tell your stomach to push the food down and out, so each meal is adding on top of the others. I can eat two bites and feel stuffed, it makes my ribs hurt among other things. Oh, my food gets stuck at the top of my stomach. I take meds for GERD and have taken Reglan of and on, but it has nasty side effects.

I have yet to be officially Dx'd yet since my symptoms are quite intermittent, but I do seriously think I have it.
