I had taken a health assessment test
at my job on February 5th, 2013.
Three days later I found out my
Glucose level 105, and my Alc level was 6.3 (High risk of diabetes). My appointment with my primary care doctor is in the next few day, and I don't kniw what to expect.

Major wake-up call! Start chaging your life. Are you overwheight? Get more excercise. Are you a healthy eater? Learn about counting carbs and do that. You don't want to have this. Be good to yourself. Do this with the knowledge that you are keeping your body in check. Don't listen to negative friends, do what you know is right. Good luck.

If your doctor agrees with the assessment then my advice is to get more physically active if possible , exercise change your diet watch your carbs cause let me tell you if you don't have diabetes then believe me you don't want to develop it … Hope u get positive news with your doctor …
