My operation date is getting closer, had the pre op assessment today. Just finished a course of antibiotics for a bacterial infected stye on the inside of my Lower eye lid. Dealing with bland diet due to being unable to tolerate any fat, cream, cheese to name a few. I have a 34mm gallstone, nearly the size of a golf ball so I'm hoping once the operation is over and things settle down everything should be easier to deal with. Ok that is my moan over and done with, thanks for reading

Wow, that is a huge stone. I have heard that it is the small ones that hurt the most. My friend had hers removed last year and she feels so much better now. It took a bit to ease back into some of the dairy foods, but she seems to be doing just fine now. I know for my mom it also made a world of difference. I hope it all goes well and you are on your way to a great recovery soon.
