We had family and friends in for the holidays and I was trying a lot of new recipes. I was appalled at how "normal" recipes call for so much butter, milk, cream, sugar. The carb count was incredible.
It all pointed out to me how good I really am about what I eat. But I felt somewhat disappointed that I haven't been healthier (and lighter) because of this.
Sometimes I feel I should subsist on green veggies and water :(
