I've read a bit about miracle noodles and now I'm wondering if anyone has tried them. It's not that I miss pasta but it would be nice to have some kind of noodle to add to sauted vegetables and marinara sauce.

I have not tried that brand but I've tried others that were packed in water. I can't say I liked it. In fact I couldn't even swallow it. I didn't like the texture. Way too mushy. I would rather use spaghetti squash.

That must have been unpleasant to say the least. Miracle noodles are firm and take the favour of whatever they are mixed with. I like them well enough to include them in my diet on a regular basis. They are also very filling which is a bonus I think

I would give it a try, we are all different in what we can eat to some degree..Take a BG reading before and 2 hours after eating some..That will tell you what you need to know

I have not tried this noodle but, they do sound interesting. I found an article that I thought I would share, as I think not many of us know about this noodle.

Here is the article : http://www.thehealthycookingcoach.com/2009/04...

This from a blog, which even tells how to prepare this noodle.

That is a great website for them. There are a lot of sites that sell them but this is the best one for cooking them.

I went to that website. It certainly gives lots of information about miracle noodles. Next on my agenda is to order some and give them a try.

Well, I ordered three kinds of noodles - rice, angel hair and fetuccini - on Tuesday. They arrived on Thursday and tonight I had fried rice for supper. Delicious. There is a recipe for Vietnamese Noodle Soup that uses the angel hair noodles so that will be my next experiment. I also discovered Walden Farms - no CHO - a large variety of sauces and dressings. Guess that'll be another experiment. Noodles alfredo. You can find miracle noodles here:

Thank you so much for sharing. I've purchased Walden Farms, in the past. You will not be disappointed, their products are outstanding.

Great. It will be good to expand my food choices somewhat. When I ordered the Miracle noodles I also ordered a bottle of DaVinci sugar-free vanilla syrup. I want it to have in a cup of coffee as a treat once in awhile. The first thing I did when the parcel arrived was to open the box, get out the syrup and have a cup of coffee. YUMMY!!! I don't drink coffee very often so this will make it an occasion.
