Weight Watchers Weigh In....
I've lost 2 more pounds!!! Those walks after work this week are paying off. I walk about 1-3 miles after work. I am taking a two day break and I can't wait to start back up on Monday. Woo-hoo!!

Great motivation!
I've did it for 4 days straight. My body needs to rest. I'm sore right now. I'll do Monday-Friday again and then rest for 2 days. Don't want to over do it.
Ok, I am concerned that the laws of entropy will apply ("a body at rest tends to stay at rest") Perhaps you could lower the intensity of your walk or the length you walk. You are doing so well, I'd hate to see you "fall off the horse" now.
I appreciate the feedback. But you have to allow your body to rest especially of you are working out for the first or picking it back up after a long hiatus like I have. You are working muscles you never have before and working out and letting your body can work against you than for you.
