I have already wrote about how smiling at strangers makes you feel better; but this morning I heard on the news that it affects the person you smile at as well; they can become happy, in some cases up to a year; just from a simple smile, so keep the world happy, and Keep On Smiling:

I agree with you completely. It takes less muscles to smile than it does to frown.

I wish I knew how to use the handwriting tools recognition on this thing, but I have only had it 2 weeks so I can't draw a smile, but I am sending one through this email, it is warm and uplifting, can you feel it? SMILE

Especially now, people are feeling so depressed when they are out shopping for inexpensive gifts, and just are not happy at all in what they are finding. Give them a smile, you will be surprised what an uplifting feeling it will give them as well as you. Nowadays, we all need a little acknowledgement and a smile can be a start. A sense of wellbeing comes when people are smiling and laughing. It is a most powerful part of our lives that is FREE to give and to share. I know that when I am on the street, I also not only try to smile, but also make eye contact. That way they know the smile is for them.

We face depression so much with our daily battle, so it is a great practice. It feels akward at frist, but once you get used to doing it...watch out!

So go out and SMILE like you mean it.

You are so right Gabby, you know for years I was so depressed, I always looked down at my feet when I walked, if I had looked up, Maybe I would have seen someone smiling at me.

Try hard to smile at someone today, anyone, you will be surprised how it makes you and the person you are smiling at feel. If you can see me right now, I am sending a smile :->) to you; I send it with all my discussions and replies. Just look, and you will see it. Hint; You may have to turn your head sideways.
