I have a hard time eating healthy because of the amount of time it takes to cook or keep fresh foods in my house…does anyone know of quick yet longer lasting healthy foods??

Fresh foods do go bad after a week, I cook it, then freeze the left overs. I only snack on fruit, so never last long in the house

Welcome to the family. I cook and freeze some of foods. I buy veggies at the farmers market and blanch them or fully cook them and freeze them. I cook all meats in the oven so while its cooking the veggies are thawing and are ready to be heated this gives me time to do other things while the meat is cooking. I make large pots of soups either in the slow cooker or on the stove then freeze them. I even freeze spaghetti when I make that so my sister can take out the serving she wants and heat it. We cook nothing in the microwave.

Eating healthy and cooking the meals take time. So if you want to eat healthy you have to take the time to cook it.
