Not sure what a diabetic is suppose to do. I would like to see how it will help me?

I love saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and the like but was told by my doctor it does put you at a risk of hypoglycemia (lows). It hasn't stopped me, but someone (like the wife) always knows when I go in, when I should come out, and what to do if I don't. You're lucky to get one, because they have health benefits as well, but use with care.

I was told "maybe not". It dehydrates you and raises blood pressure. They just make me feel tired so I don't risk it, especially now w/ diabetes.
