Caution: this slicdshow is aimed at the general population of people over 50, so it is not necessarily geared to those of us who have diabetes. However, after reviewing the 15 "Superfoods" I see little I would say is a no-no in my meal plan. Just would need to practice portion control with some of these.
(Oh, yes, those under 50 could probably get in on these too!)
