I am really serious about getting myself back on track to have more energy to enjoy my life. I have started exercising, eating more vegetables and started taking the PGX fiber pills again after lunch & dinner. I am starting out SLOW in everthing You can work up to 2-3 PGX pills before each meal and it really does work. It helps to make you feel more full throughout the day. I just hate adding more pills to what I already take, but it is a good way to add fiber to my diet which is really important. Has anyone else tried this fiber?
