I just want to thank everyone who helped me when I ran into the extreme problem with lows after working out awhile back because I checked myself before working out…was high and used insulin. When I checked after working out, I was super low. I was told unless I am pretty much in the 300's, not to use insulin before working out because working out will bring me down. HOW TRUE & THANK YOU so much for that advice.
Today, before working out, I was 225. I took nothing and worked out. When I checked it out after working out, I was 133. No intervention needed.
