So today i decided to start exercising again after a long time of being completely lazy. I tested before starting i was at 7.5 so I thought to myself that's a perfect number to go ahead and do my exercises. After only 30 minutes on the elliptical i drop all the way down to 3.9… so my question is…is it normal that i dropped that quickly? i thought that one normally drops only after a couple of hours of exercise.
PS I am a type 1, and i had eaten about an hour prior to working out.
