I/ve been running in the 200-300 at times the past month. I started slow on a daily exercise program and this morning my BG was 104. It's been months since it has been that low in the Am. Think I'll keep it up. I am really amazed.

walking was a big help to me, I lost 40 pounds just a daily walk, & cutting carbs. I gained alot of my weight back over the holidays & now that my numbers are good I've been cheating, I need to get scared again so I watch everything I eat. I have found even a walk around my development with my dogs can drop my blood sugars 30 points, so I actuallt take my blood sugar after a walk, because if I'm at 104 I don't take my diabetes meds, I don't want to go to low. after seeing my a1c, my doctor told me not to change anything I'm doing, I had a hip repaired, so I won't run but it is nice to have time to enjoy the outdoors and meet neighbors. congratulations

EJMac: that is really great to hear. I need to do that too, but have been having severe back pain for a few weeks and keep putting off the exercise.
