I started using soy because my doc told me to. Then after reading posts here, I tried coconut over the holidays. I had some coconut eggnog that was to die for. I will look for it again next year! I just hope it is still on my diet. Every doc I go to seems to have different ideas about what I can and cannot eat.
Anyways, I am drinking coconut milk now. If anyone has any questions, or input, it is of course welcome…just try and be nice about it. All this eating and what I can and cannot have is a bit unnerving.
