I hate to do it this way but I also think it is the only way I am going to lose weight. Starting today, I began making a concious effort to eat smaller portions and small snacks. Because, after surgery, that's how it will have to be. I am hoping the lap band will be what is recommended for me because it can be adjusted and reversed. I need to lose this weight. It is killing my knees and rt. hip. I am exercising more and regularly so I am on track with that.
I will let you know when my surgery will be.
