This month I am going to try something new. Instead of listing all that we eat and our numbers, I thought we could tell how we are doing and what is or is not working for us. That way if someone wants to post but not our numbers and what we are eatting that is ok. I Thought we could post our Weight by the 5th and if we are exerciseing or not. Remember Housework, walking, cleaning house and chaseing kids is all exercise. LOL If you don't exercise but want to lets use this Month to help each other to get more Active and also to help each other where we are eatting at the wrong times like I do sometimes (when stressed out or depressed)
Lets try it this way if it works lets stay with it if not then next month we'll go back to the old way.
