So I decided to be more active this new year … I woke up this morning and went down to the water front for a walk … A little over 4 miles … I tested before I started I was a bit high when I started 212 … After my walk tested again I was down to 133 … Nice , now to keep this activity up …

So wonderful that you have committed to becoming more active! I know you will inspire others to do the same. Hugs! Sherrie

Thanks MewElla and Gabby … I enjoyed the walk though it was quite cold … I dressed warmly yet it was about 25 degrees out when I got up … Now to keep some kind of daily physical activity up … Whether its walking or lifting weights in my garage … Some kind of exercise daily … It's one of goals this year …

I have to make some changes too. That's a great big diference with the exercise. I am now able to sign up for "Silver Sneakers" can join the YMCA for free. I need to really put my heath #1 right now for sure. Good for you.

That is a great testament to how exercise really does help. I think you will find the more you do it, the lower your numbers will stay. Congratulations. Walking is my best exercise (the one I do with the least complaint) and it really doesn't take a whole lot to make it work for us.
