Happy New Year Everyone!! I hope everyone had a good holiday!

For the past few months my health has been up and down. I'm still not 100% but I take each day as it comes. Lately I have issues staying warm. I live in Southern California where it never gets too cold, but I can't even seem to get warm. I am in layers, under blankets and the heat is cranked. To anyone else it's an oven. To me it's a igloo.

Anyone else have this issue? Burzz!

I am cold most of the time too. Thought I was getting sick, but it happens too much. Think I need to move from Seattle to Arizona and bake myself on a daily basis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do myself here in Las Vegas, coach. I put on long johns, sweat pants, two sweat shirts or sweaters, crawl into bed and cover up with a blanket and two comforters. Then I will shiver in bed for about 2 hrs.

I believe my shivers are due to hypothyroidism. Of course I have A LOT of other issues as well

It seems that if the outside temp is below 75 f I get the shivers. That has been a part of my life for the past 4 years or so. It is a real PITA!
