I have been diagnosed since 3/09 I believe. I was doing so well for the longest time. then we moved to Ga, and I became a recluse. gained a TON of weight and numbers were all over the map. Got it back under control for a while, but now I find myself needing to hit that dang reset button again. My weight is the highest it's ever been. BP is creeping up and my heart rate is higher than usual. With my reset, should I be more concerned about watching caloric intake or carb intake. when i was initially diagnosed, my endo put me on a 1600cal/60 carbs a day diet. I told her point blank that I can start either one or the other, but not both. went with the carbs and lost 20lbs. I think I can do it again…just need encouragement.
