Is this the same as Yoga? Or is it a special kind of therapy. I like to think while I am walking, but sometimes it is distracting and creates more stress and worry. I need a place to go to just relax.

I just wanted to tell people I have tried Relaxation Therapy & it realy worked for me.It brings my stress level down & my blood sugar..If You try it and it works let me no…:)
