Just recently remembered I own a bread maker. I thought perhaps I could make a more diabetic friendly bread than I could find in the store. Does anyone have a recipe they've tried?

Ok so after we find these flours how do they react compared to regular flour?
And some breads have sugar and I replace it with Splenda, will these flours work with the Splenda.
I have a bread machine also and now I'm looking to make bread.

Have you tried our recipe section on the left? Go there and type in bread and you will find several good recipes for diabetic breads. Hope this helps.

Perhaps you could, especially if you found some carb free flours. A list from a Google search for carb free flours may be found here ~ http://www.google.com/search?q=carbohydratrat...= Happy hunting for the right flour, and happy baking!
