i read it. i fight depression all the time,even though i have meds. for it.

Emotion is a big part. My husband was the most mellow, loving person you would want to meet, and then one day, not too long after being diagnosed type2 he started mood swings. It is just as disturbing to him as it is to me. He was ordered meds for that yesterday

Thank you so much for sharing this site…this bookelet was a great help for me. You hear everyone talking about how to control your levels…but not many actually have useful information about what to do about the emotional side of it. This really helped me with the guilt I have been feeling…
