Hi I was just wondering dose any one know of a good endocrinologist in the San Diego area I've been seeing mine for a year now but I never see the doctor I only see the nurse and she tells me wut to do and I just think its weird that I've only seen my doctor once and the nurse never listen to wut I have to say she always cuts me off I'm just worried and I have yet to feel any changes of me getting better if any one knows of a good endocrinologist is San Diego area I would really appreciate it thanks and God bless

Are you sure it's a nurse and not a PA? If it is a nurse, then you need to complain to the office manager and tell the nurse to send a dr in since you are paying to SEE a dr. Also, let your insurance know what is going on since they think they are paying for the drs time and not a nurse. I would ask this dr's office for a referral even if you don't use it, it will let them know how unhappy you are.

The list of practitioners covers the whole state of CA but I saw several in San Diego area.

Perhaps you could find one out of that list.

I had a endo, specializing in Thyroid but she was in the San Fran bay area. I suspect that'd be a little far for you.
